Trust88 is more than just another name in the online gaming industry. We are a community, an experience, and most importantly – a platform you can trust completely.
If you've been playing online for a while, you've probably come across platforms that look great on the outside but disappoint once you're in – whether it's slow withdrawal processing, hard-to-reach customer support, or games that don't feel quite fair. trust88 was founded with one clear purpose: to change that experience.
We started with a simple vision: build a platform that we ourselves would enjoy using. A platform that is fast, fair, secure, and friendly for Malaysian players. The name "trust88" was not chosen at random – it reflects our commitment to trust and good fortune (88) in every aspect of our service.
Since launching, Trust88 has grown rapidly and is now one of the most widely used online gaming platforms in Malaysia. We operate under a valid licence and comply with all regulations to ensure players are always protected.
What sets us apart from the rest? We listen to our players. Every piece of feedback, every complaint, every suggestion – we take it all seriously. Our team works tirelessly to improve the platform so your gaming experience is always better than yesterday.
Six key reasons why trust88 is the first choice for Malaysian players every day.
Every account, every transaction, every login session is secured with the latest encryption technology. We use two-factor authentication and real-time suspicious activity monitoring to keep your account safe at all times.
Over 1,000 game titles await you – from classic slots to modern video slots, Live Casino with real dealers, sports betting across 200+ leagues, exciting fish shooting games, and much more. All on one platform with no need to switch accounts.
Deposits arrive within seconds. Withdrawals are processed swiftly – your money reaches your bank account quickly without long waits. We support FPX, online banking, digital wallets, and a variety of local Malaysia payment methods.
The trust88 support team is not just a name on a page – they are genuinely available and responsive. Whether you have a technical issue at midnight or a question about a promotion at the crack of dawn, our team is ready to help via live chat, email, and Telegram.
The trust88 app for Android and iOS is carefully designed to deliver a seamless gaming experience wherever you are. Intuitive interface, fast loading, and every platform feature fully available in the app – not a trimmed-down version.
We believe promotions should help players, not trap them. All trust88 bonuses come with clear and reasonable rollover requirements, with no hidden conditions to trip you up. We prioritize transparency so you know exactly what you're getting.
Every major platform starts with a small idea. Trust88 was no different – it began with a group of people who loved playing online but were frustrated with the options available at the time. From that frustration came the determination to build something better.
The trust88 platform officially launched with a focus on the Malaysia market. Starting with a core collection of slots and casino games, we received an encouraging response in a short time.
We added sports betting and fish shooting game categories. The payment system was updated to support more local Malaysia methods, making deposits and withdrawals easier for all members.
The trust88 app for Android and iOS has officially launched. Player response has been overwhelmingly positive – within three months, more than half of all transactions were made through the mobile app.
Trust88 marked a major milestone when its registered membership surpassed 500,000. We celebrated this achievement by launching an exclusive loyalty programme to honour the support of our dedicated players.
We continue to invest in the latest technology – introducing next-generation Live Casino, upgrading security systems, and expanding our customer support team to ensure the best service at all times.
Behind all the technology and games we offer, there are core values that guide every decision we make at trust88.
Our name is our promise. Every system, every process, every interaction with players is designed to build and maintain trust. We do not cut corners when it comes to platform integrity.
Every decision we make starts with one question: is this good for our players? From interface design to withdrawal policies – players are always at the centre of everything we plan.
No hidden conditions. No undisclosed charges. All promotion terms, withdrawal policies, and game rules are written clearly so you know exactly what you're signing up for from the start.
We are not satisfied with "good enough". Our technical and product teams constantly work to improve the platform – whether in terms of speed, security, game selection, or overall user experience.
We understand that gaming should be entertainment, not a burden. trust88 provides deposit limit tools, wagering limits, and self-exclusion options to ensure all members play within healthy and safe boundaries.
